Here are a few questions frequently asked by our customers:
| Q: | How much does it cost to rent a margarita machine from The Margarita Man? |
| A: | The price is $140, plus $15 for delivery and pick-up (in the Phoenix metro area), your first jug of our concentrated mix, use of our 5 gallon pre-measured mixing bucket and salt for rimming. Also included: 50 9oz. cups and 50 straws, included per machine. |
| Q: | How many drinks does one batch yield? |
| A: | One batch of "Margaritas" flavor mix makes about 70 - 8oz servings; less if not including alcohol. The machine will hold one whole batch. Our experience shows that usually half or more guests drink the frozen drinks, even those Die-Hard beer drinkers. We recommend one batch for every 30 guests. Extra drink mix is $25.00+ tax and there is no charge if unopened. |
| Q: | Are the machines easy to use? |
| A: | Yes indeed. We mix your first batch and show you how to use the machine. We leave clear printed instructions. NO ICE IS NEEDED. |
| Q: | How long does the first batch take? |
| A: | The first batch in our machines can take about 40 minutes to an hour to be ready to serve. After that, there's no waiting between batches because you add to the top reservoir when mix-low light comes on. Non-stop frozen fun! |
| Q: | Who provides the liquor and how much will I need? |
| A: | You provide all liquor. |
| Q: | How far in advance should I reserve my machine? |
| A: | We Recommend 2-3 Weeks for each Rental. |
| Q: | Does the machine plug into a regular outlet? |
| A: | Yes, however it MUST be plugged directly into a dedicated 20 amp outlet. This is the kind of circuit found in most kitchens or on your back patio. If an extension cord is required, we will provide one that is suitable for use with our machines. |
