SERVICE AGREEMENT

Our Responsibility:
Margarita Man Frozen Drink Machine Rentals provides frozen drink machines for your events. This is a service and no labor is included in the price. Margarita Man will deliver and setup your machine(s), and include the 1st jug of concentrated mix, plastic cups and straws, and will pick up and clean the machine. Margarita Man is not responsible for improper use of the machines including but not limited to: moving the machine after our staff has set it up, using a different mix not approved by Margarita Man, not having an ample supply of power to the machine as per our requirements, leaving the machine setup in an overheated or uncovered area exposed to extreme heat. Alcohol is NOT included in the price for the frozen drink machine rental.

Your Responsibility:
It is the responsibility of the person placing an order to provide accurate and reliable information about the event that delivery has been ordered for. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the address for the event is correct (including building name, suite/floor/apartment number, city/state/zip code) and that directions and other access information is provided for restricted or out of the way locations.

Deposits & Cancellations:
A credit card is required to book and guarantee your event. This information will be on file for that individual event and will serve as your “deposit.”

Final information for your event is due no later than 48 hours prior to the event. This includes but is not limited to: final guest count, quantities of products or supplies, start and end time for the event, location changes.

 Cancellations must be made 48 hours or more prior to the event by PHONE or EMAIL. Orders that are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the retail valued estimated for your event. This amount will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee your event unless other payment arrangements are made at the time of cancellation.

Payments:
Payment will be accepted in the following forms:
Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, or American Express.

Payment is due at the time of pick-up of the frozen drink machine and can be paid in cash or check. Otherwise, the credit card on file to guarantee the event will be charged as per the service agreement. If the Client needs to make other payment arrangements, or use a different credit card, advance notice is required. 

A $50.00 fee will be assessed for checks returned for non-sufficient funds.  A fee will be assessed for credit card transactions that are “declined” or otherwise rejected. That fee will be equal to 10% of the amount due, or $100.00, whichever is less.  It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure there are no blocks on the authorization of their credit card prior to the day of the event.
