Simply Servers provides professional, reliable, skilled servers for your event. As our name indicates, the nature of our business is Simply Servers. If you have a need for other food service workers, please feel free to call us directly.

Simply Servers will work with you to determine the number of servers needed to facilitate your party. We have over 27 years in the hospitality and food service business and will take all aspects of your event into consideration when helping you determine the right staffing level for your party.

• Servers are $30 per hour with a four (4) hour minimum. Simply Servers will assist you in determining the number of servers needed for your event. Gratuity is not included.
• For job orders requesting five (5) or more servers, one (1) server will be designated as the “Captain” and is responsible for checking in the other servers, communicating job duties and expectations, following up on job duty completing, and general server conduct and performance. Captains are $35 an hour with a four (4) hour minimum. Gratuity is not included.
• As the number of servers increase, a Captain will be assigned to oversee the event. We recommend one (1) Captain per ten (10) servers.
• A Staffing Manager is available to attend your party to oversee and manage the servers for you. A Staffing Manager is available for job orders of 10 servers or more and does not replace the cost of the Captain(s). A Staffing Manager is $40 an hour with a four (4) hour minimum.
• If you would like for the Staffing Manager to meet you on-site prior to the event to consult on the most appropriate and efficient service format for your event, additional charges will apply.
• Consultation and coordination services are also available. A Consultation is available for any size party. A Consultation is $60 an hour (with no minimum) and includes a site inspection / walk through, a written timeline of events, and formal proposal including staffing recommendations and coordination ideas for other aspects of your party.
• Fees for coordination of your event are assessed on an individual basis.

• Special rates apply for the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, 4th Of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Please contact us directly regarding pricing and availability for these premium days.
